Two people, one focus.

Eight Legs Consulting was started because too many good local businesses are invisible online — while a competitor with a decent website gets the call instead. We use AI-accelerated development to build modern sites faster and cheaper than a traditional agency, so a lean two-person team can do the work of a much bigger shop.

Charlie Shears

Co-Founder

Charlie Shears is the co-founder of Eight Legs Consulting, a Mays Business School student at Texas A&M, and a former Aggie football walk-on. He draws on his experience in finance and sales to help small businesses simplify operations and grow through technology.

Hudson Toon

Co-Founder

Hudson Toon is a Houston native and student at Texas A&M. With an eye for design and marketing, he builds the tools that help businesses win and measures success in calls, bookings, and new customers.
